Kimberly Gray Roberts is the founder and lead strategist of Absolute Value |Marketing|, with over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand strategy, communications, and organizational development. Her career spans corporate, agency, consulting, public-sector, and community-based work, including strategic assignments for national brands, municipalities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and private companies.

Kimberly also serves as COO and Director of Marketing for RER Consulting Enterprise and Amplify Community Resources, where she leads organizational strategy, operations, communications, and program development. She earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Barry University and completed additional graduate coursework in Leadership, Public Policy, and Advocacy. Kimberly is Chair of the Women in Business Committee for the Broward County Black Chamber of Commerce.

Eboni Jean-Charles is a leader in community wellness, youth development, and program operations, recognized for building initiatives that strengthen families, empower young people, and deepen partnerships across South Florida. Her leadership spans large-scale wellness activations, youth development programming, and collaboration with municipalities, nonprofits, and community organizations, and she brings a systems-focused, community-centered approach that keeps programs responsive, effective, and sustainable.

Her career includes roles across crisis response, public health education, program development, and municipal partnership-building. Alongside her work with RER Consulting Enterprise, she serves as Managing Director of Empiric Solutions, where she leads process optimization, KPI development, and performance accountability systems for public and private sector clients. She earned a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a Master of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science. At the American Medical Student Association she advanced advocacy and curriculum work focused on equity, culture, and community well-being.

Her recognition includes Legacy Magazine's "40 Under 40 Black Leaders of Today & Tomorrow," selection as a New Leaders Council Fellow, and the American Medical Student Association Presidential Distinguished Service Award. She serves in leadership roles with the NAACP Miami-Dade Branch, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the Order of the Eastern Star, and Christa Cares, and she is a Fellow of the Transformative Justice Coalition and a member of the Black Liberation Alliance Movement.

Alan Meca, PhD, is Associate Professor of Psychology and Assistant Department Chair at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he directs the Team on Acculturation, Risk, and the Development of Identity and Self. He joined the UTSA faculty in 2021 after four years as an Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University.

His research examines identity development across ethnic and racial, military, and parental domains, along with acculturation and cultural stress among immigrant populations, and how these processes connect to psychosocial functioning and health risk behavior. Much of that work centers on Hispanic and Latinx youth.

He earned his PhD and MS in Developmental Psychology and his BA in Psychology from Florida International University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. At ACR he leads research design, measurement, and outcome evaluation across programs.

Jackie McAlonan is an administrative and project-support professional with over 35 years of experience in office management, project coordination, client service, reporting, and data systems. Her background includes managing schedules, documentation, client communications, service reporting, database administration, billing processes, meetings, and organizational records across technical and business environments.

As Executive Assistant and Program Coordinator, Jackie supports the work of RER Consulting Enterprise and Amplify Community Resources through administrative coordination, project tracking, documentation, and day-to-day operational support. She earned an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Barry University.

Khadija Andrews is a digital marketing leader with more than 10 years of experience developing data-driven strategies that drive measurable growth. Her expertise spans paid search, paid media, analytics, and full-funnel strategy, with a focus on applying AI and automation to optimize performance and surface actionable insight.

Throughout her career she has managed multi-million-dollar media investments and developed strategies for brands across retail, beauty, hospitality, technology, fashion, and other industries. A University of Miami graduate, Khadija holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication.

Joe Wesley is a Miami-based photographer, videographer, filmmaker, and producer. He founded Joe Wesley Photography in 2012 and has since built a body of work spanning editorial photography, events, interviews, documentary production, and promotional video. His photography has appeared on covers of Legacy Magazine and in other publications, and his work has included projects featuring Rick Ross, Flo Rida, and Dwyane Wade.

Joe is Vice President of Community Canvas Films, formerly AnPu Productions. He served as producer, editor, and co-director of photography for the company’s television series Smiling with a Stranger, now streaming on Tubi and Prime Video. His documentary work has also been distributed through LG, Sony Crackle, and Plex TV. He has contributed to Black History Month exhibitions presented with the Miami-Dade County Black Affairs Advisory Board.

Joe serves as a photographer and videographer for RER Consulting Enterprise, documenting strategic planning, community engagement, and local-government initiatives. He also supports programming delivered through Amplify Community Resources and brings his professional experience into youth programming, introducing students to arts and media as forms of creative expression and communication.
